Return / Refund Policy

With my easy returns process, you can shop online worry-free.

  • Start the return process within 14 days of receiving your item.
  • I inspect all returned items. The product must be in new or unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories.
  • Shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer in cases of buyer's remorse returns, such as didn't like the color/quality, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, bought it somewhere else, etc.
  • I will refund the cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of my error or defective product.
  • I will not refund on personalized items unless it is clear that I misspelled the name.
  • Ship the product back as soon as possible so it arrives within 21 days of receipt of the item.
  • If an item arrives damaged please take photos of the item and all packaging. Please do not throw away packaging! Immediately email me the photos and I will start a claims process with the Post Office and promptly send you a full refund.
