What is Sublimation?
This process uses heat and pressure which is applied to a solid substrate such as ceramic, glass or fabric which has been specially coated, turning the ink into a gas which permanently adheres to the sublimation coating.
Does the image fade, peel or crack?
Your image will last forever without fading, peeling or cracking because it is now a part of the material it was pressed into.
How long does shipping take?
Most of my items ship Priority Mail which generally takes 3-5 days to reach it's destination. During the Holidays shipping can take up to 2 weeks to arrive so please be patient. How fast the Post Office moves is beyond my control.
What is your processing time?
I strive to complete orders the day I receive them and if received early enough in the morning I can even get them mailed out the same day before 2:00 PM AKST. If ordered on Saturday or Sunday I will ship on Monday.
What do I do if my item arrived damaged?
If your item arrives damaged please contact me right away. I will need you to email me a photo of the damaged box and the damaged item itself so that I can file a claim on my end. Once I receive these photos I will promptly refund your payment plus shipping.
What if my item is taking too long to get to me?
Unfortunately once I deliver your package to the Post Office I have lost all control over it. I am in no way affiliated with the US Postal Service. For this reason I ask that you be fair with me on expected shipping times and I will be fair with you on refunds. If you are requesting a refund due to the Post Office taking longer to deliver your package than was expected (PO requests a 14 days leeway), and I mailed your item out within 2 working days of receiving your order (except for Holiday Post Office closures) I will put a trace on your package. If it is determined it is lost I will refund your money plus shipping (max 30 days wait time for the PO to investigate).
What if I want a refund because I don't like the item or I can no longer gift it?
First please contact me! There may be a solution other than returning. If you are returning your item because you are not happy with it, because it arrived too late to gift, or because you ordered thinking it would arrive sooner than it did I will refund the purchase price less the shipping AFTER I receive the item back in it's original condition (at your expense).
